These Waxwings were photographed by Robin Gossage earlier this month in the village of Roade and there is now a flock of at least twenty in Kettering town centre. During the last few days they have been in School Lane but today moved to berry trees off Tanners Lane near to Sainsbury's and Pets at Home. They will only stay as long as there are berries so be quick! If you know where there are Rowan or Whitebeam trees still with berries, keep an eye on them and you may find some crested nomads of your own!
